Asbestos Management Plan

The Asbestos Haz­ard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), a provi­sion of the Toxic Substances Con­trol Act, requires local education agencies to inspect their schools for asbestos-containing building material and prepare man­agement plans to prevent or reduce asbestos hazards.
G/A Environmental provides an asbestos management plan that documents the rec­ommended asbestos response actions, the location of asbestos within the school, and any action taken to repair or remove the material.
